What do you sell?
Branded perfumes and perfume oils from established fragrance houses, sold as we receive them in their retail packaging. We never make, blend, decant, refill or relabel fragrance.
Are you affiliated with the brands you sell?
No. The Fragrance Craft is an independent retailer. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
Where do the scent notes come from?
We use the notes published by the brand where available, and we keep checking them as we go.
Do you offer samples or testers?
Not at the moment. Product pages list the published notes and sizes to help you choose.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
To the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or outside the United States.
Why ground only?
Perfumes that contain alcohol are classed as hazardous materials for transport, so they can't travel by air. Every order ships by ground.
How much is shipping, and how soon will my order leave?
Economy shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Full rates are on our shipping page. Orders usually ship within two business days, and ground orders usually arrive within a week of shipping. You'll receive tracking by email when yours ships.
Returns
Can I return something?
Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the return is because of our mistake, and we refund within 5 business days of your return arriving. Opened or used fragrance can't be returned unless it arrived damaged, defective or wrong. Details are on our returns page.
My order arrived damaged or leaking. What should I do?
Email sales@thefragrancecraft.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the box. We'll send a replacement or a full refund.
Wholesale
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, to registered businesses in the contiguous US and Washington, DC. Apply on our wholesale page; we review each application by hand.
What do I need to apply?
Your business details, a shipping address and a resale certificate or sales-tax permit number. Texas businesses can use Texas Form 01-339 with their Texas sales and use tax permit number; businesses in other states can use their state's resale certificate or the multistate uniform sales and use tax certificate.
