The Fragrance Craft is a US retailer and wholesaler of branded fragrance, carefully chosen from established houses. We supply boutiques, gift shops, beauty supply stores, salons and established online retailers across the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. Approved accounts get trade pricing, the same honest product information we use on our own site, and ground shipping straight to their door.
Who it's for
Registered businesses that resell fragrance, with a shipping address in the contiguous US or Washington, DC. You'll need a resale certificate: Texas businesses use Texas Form 01-339 with their Texas sales and use tax permit number; businesses in other states can use their state's resale certificate or the multistate uniform sales and use tax certificate, with their own state registration number. We keep certificates on file as the law requires.
How to apply
- Apply using the form below. It takes about five minutes.
- Send your resale certificate to sales@thefragrancecraft.com, with your business name in the subject line.
- We review your application by hand and reply by email within two business days with our trade price list.
- Order by email. We send a secure invoice, you pay by card or bank transfer, and we ship by ground.
What to expect
- Order minimums and trade pricing are shared once your application is approved.
- Payment is due before shipping. Net terms aren't offered at this stage.
- Ground shipping only, charged at our standard rate and shown on your invoice.
- Products are supplied in their retail packaging, as we receive them, and may not be repackaged, decanted, bundled or relabeled.
- Resale on third-party marketplaces needs our written consent first.
