Refund policy

Unopened items: 30 days
You can return unopened items in their original, sealed packaging (cellophane intact, where the product has it) within 30 days of delivery.
- Email sales@thefragrancecraft.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. Please wait for our reply before sending anything back.
- We'll reply with the return address and packing instructions. Fragrance has to travel back by ground, in its original packaging.
- Return shipping is paid by you, unless the return is because of our mistake.
We refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days of your return arriving. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Original shipping charges aren't refundable unless the return is because of our mistake.
Opened or used items
For hygiene and safety, we can't accept returns or exchanges of fragrance, perfume oil or home fragrance that has been opened, unsealed, sprayed or used, unless it arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
Damaged, leaking or wrong items
We're sorry if this happens. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number;
- photos of the item, the inner packaging and the outer shipping box with its label.
Please keep the packaging until we've resolved the claim. We'll send a replacement if it's in stock, or a full refund including shipping, at no cost to you. If a bottle is leaking, we may ask you to dispose of it safely rather than send it back, because leaking fragrance can't be shipped.
Gift sets and sale items
Gift sets can be returned only if the whole set is unopened. Sale items follow the same rules as everything else.
Wholesale orders
Wholesale orders follow our wholesale terms, not this policy. We share those terms with approved wholesale accounts; email sales@thefragrancecraft.com.
