Where we ship
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or any address outside the United States.
Ground only
Most perfumes contain alcohol, and many home fragrance sprays are aerosols. Both are regulated as hazardous materials for transport, so they can't travel by air. Every order ships by ground, packed to the carrier's limited-quantity rules. This is also why we don't offer express or overnight delivery.
Rates
Choose your method at checkout. Rates are based on the total weight of your order.

Economy shipping is free on orders of $50 or more, by ground, anywhere in the lower 48 and DC. The $50 free-shipping threshold is based on your order total at checkout. Orders over 70 lb are quoted separately; please email us first.
Processing and delivery
Orders usually ship within two business days of payment (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Some items ship separately from partner warehouses, so an order may arrive in more than one package. When your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking. Delivery time depends on the carrier and the distance; ground orders usually arrive within a week of shipping, and tracking shows the carrier's own estimate.
Address problems and lost parcels
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away; we can update it until the order ships. If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you can't find it, email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll open a trace with the carrier and help resolve it.
Damaged in transit
If anything arrives damaged or leaking, see our refund policy. Please report it within 7 days of delivery, with photos.
Wholesale orders
Wholesale orders ship by ground at the rate shown on your invoice. Our wholesale terms are shared with approved wholesale accounts; email sales@thefragrancecraft.com.
