These terms apply when you use thefragrancecraft.com or buy from us. "We", "us" and "The Fragrance Craft" mean Fragrance Craft LLC. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our shipping policy, our returns policy and our privacy policy.
1. Who can buy
Our shop serves customers in the United States. We ship only to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
2. Products and descriptions
We sell branded fragrance products made by third-party houses. We don't make, blend, decant or relabel fragrance. We describe products using information published by the house or its distributor. Packaging and formulas can change from batch to batch, images are for illustration, and how a scent smells varies from person to person.
3. Brands and trademarks
Brand names, product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell. The Fragrance Craft is an independent retailer. No affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from any brand is implied.
4. Prices and orders
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Your order is an offer to buy; it's accepted when we ship it. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is unavailable, if a price or description was clearly wrong, or if an order appears to be for resale outside our wholesale program. We may limit quantities per customer.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure checkout. We don't see or store your full card details.
6. Shipping and risk
Orders ship by ground only, as described in our shipping policy. Fragrance is regulated for transport, so we can't change the shipping method or ship to excluded areas.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds follow our returns policy.
8. Safe use
Fragrance is for external use only. Follow the directions and warnings on the packaging. Test on a small area of skin first and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Don't apply to broken skin. Keep products away from children, heat and open flame; alcohol-based perfumes and aerosols are flammable. We make no health, wellness or therapeutic claims about any product.
9. Wholesale
Wholesale purchases are governed by our separate wholesale terms.
10. Use of the website
Don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it or copy its content for commercial use. Site content, apart from brand names and product images owned by others, belongs to Fragrance Craft LLC.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Fragrance Craft LLC is organized.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
